I said I was going to lay off the serious stuff until after Christmas yet here I am about to comment on something very, very, sad. However, I’m not going to apologize because I feel compelled to talk about this issue even if briefly.
Today our immoral politicians in the Senate passed the repeal of theácontroversial DODT (Don’t Ask Don’t Tell).
Following this story has been another eye opening experience for me, but not one bit surprising. The studies they didáthat askedámilitary members how they felt about the issue were unscientific and rigged to assure the outcome.
If the front line fighting forces had been polled this whole thing would have gone a completely different way, but they were not asked. I had the pleasure to spend a few hours with some of our military members that are presently serving in Afghanistan and they said they don’t know anyone, in any unit in Afghanistan, that was sked about the issue. And to top it off they said that if they had been polled they felt certain that a huge majority would have voted NO simply because this subject does come up in conversations and they know how their fellow Patriots feel about the issue.
Ok, I’m going to stop here because I’m getting upset and it will come out in my writing. The only left to do for now is, get hold of the list of those that voted for this repeal and make them pay dearly for it.
God, please forgive them for they know NOT what they do.
