ACORN has filed a lawsuit against James O’Keefe and Hannah Giles, who posed as pimp and prostitute in a hidden-camera video that showed employees of ACORN’s Baltimore office giving tax advice to set up an underage (READ: child prostitution!) brothel.
ACORN says that the audio portion of the video was obtained illegally because Maryland requires two-party consent to create sound recordings. The multimillion-dollar lawsuit claims ACORN employees Tonja Thompson and Shera Williams suffered “extreme emotional distress.”
Conservative columnist Andrew Breitbart, who posted the videos on his Web site, is also named in the lawsuit.
Get ready to contribute to O’Keefe and Giles’ defense fund!

I can’t wait til’ they start a defense fund. I’m going to donate to it knowing that I am helping in some small way with helping to bring down a dirt-bag operation like ACORN. Even us laymen know that the discovery part of this law-suit can be extremely ugly for ACORN, so this could back-fire BIG TIME!

Seems to me that the court will have to throw out the suit, Acorn was operating illegally in Maryland.
Glenn Beck went over some of ACORN’s crap today on his TV show. Who wants tto sue who and why. I couldn’t help but laugh.
