I will not waste time or words, we as a country, are 
in BIG trouble!
I’m going to start this by asking a “What if” question…
What if, the left had started a brand new organization that really has it’s act together?
What if, this organization has been well thought out and well financed, from almost every angle possible?
What if, this organization was so good that it will use any means of deceit to make people believe that they are a patriotic organization?
What if, this organization will go so far as to use Religion to promote their Marxist agenda?
Would you be willing to join this organization so you, and other Conservatives, can have an effect on this organization?
Please think hard about this last question, then respond in the ‘Comments’ section of this post.
If you will stick with this post for the next few days, I promise all will be clear.

Not unlike the Shadow Party? For example:
The so-called “Shadow Democratic Party,” or “Shadow Party,” is a nationwide network of more than five-dozen unions, non-profit activist groups, and think tanks whose agendas are ideologically to the left, which are engaged in campaigning for the Democrats. Its activities include fundraising, get-out-the-vote drives, political advertising, opposition research, and media manipulation. The Shadow Party was conceived and organized principally by George Soros, Hillary Clinton and Harold McEwan Ickes — all identified with the Democratic Party left.
What if, this organization has been well thought out and well financed, from almost every angle possible?
Soros has a coupla bucks, I hear. I can’t even count the number of ”organizations” he’s been responsible for or has bankrolled. Money can buy a whole lot of people to sit around thinkin’ up stuff to attack Conservatives.
What if, this organization was so good that it will use any means of deceit to make people believe that they are a patriotic organization?
Well, right there you have described the Left and the medias. Look at the NAMES that the left use for these ‘patriotic’ groups.
American Constitution Society for Law and Policy; People for the American Way; Alliance for Justice; America Coming Together; the Center for American Progress; Campaign for America’s Future; Amnesty International; Human Rights Watch; the Center for Constitutional Rights; Physicians for Human Rights; the Public Citizen Foundation; the American Friends Service Committee; Human Rights First; and the Peace and Security Funders Group.
None of these sound like the Far Left organizations that they are. Soros funds all of them and dozens more.
What if, this organization will go so far as to use Religion to promote their Marxist agenda?

It depends on the organization. I have a feeling, Gio, that you’re going to tell us that it’s the PTA or some such pervasive group. And I wouldn’t be surprised.

Jen sent me an email earlier today with a link in it. She asked me to check it out, and I did. This is a brand new org and from the looks of it, the ‘appeal factor’ was mulled over for many, many hours, with some very talented advertising professionals on board. It seems to me that talented (song) writers, hollywood dream makers, deep pockets, ideological geniuses, and the luck of the Irish, has signed on to this project.
I guess the best way to describe it would be… this one looks dangerous.

I don’t know how to answer the question would I join or not here, since you don’t say what it is.
I will say this, I don’t join any organization, with the exception of the NRA, which every so often I get angry with some of the candidates they have supported in the past on the other side of the aisle….speaking of which I am thinking of checking into the Gun Owners of America…plus I give to the Salvation Army.
If this group you are talking about is dangerous as it sounds, and we conservatives could help destroy the enemy, I would certainly consider it.
I saw a few commercials last week, it was a new organization I had never heard of, can’t remember what the name was, or what the commercials exactly were about, but I remember noting in my mind this was a new sneaky back door way by the left with another new name they were using that sounded Oh So Patriotic, it was anything but that.

Excellent find!
Eric Holder scares me the most. As AG he can manipulate the Constitution through judges, especially if they have a liberal point of view. He probably hates Bush’s recent picks to the SC. And, I do NOT trust his views on the 2nd amendment. I don’t care what he says, I will never trust him, because I have read some of his legal opinions.

This “Born Again American” video certainly is professionally made.
The lyrics seem harmless in that it’s not explicitly socialist, until I click on “About this” and discover that the “founder” of this pseudo-populist pseudo-patriotic movement is Norman Lear – Left-wing Hollywood producer who’s no friend of conservatives.
My conclusion? Same as yours: We need to keep a watchful eye on this group.

This is sinister indeed. They’re tricking people right and left to become collectivist zombies and do the work they themselves could not do all those years while it was being advertised as Marxism or Communism.
