ANTI-TERROR bosses last night hailed their latest ally in the war on terror — the BLACK DEATH.
At least 40 al-Qaeda fanatics died horribly after being struck down with the disease that devastated Europe in the Middle Ages.
The killer bug, also known as the plague, swept through insurgents training at a forest camp in Algeria, North Africa. It came to light when security forces found a body by a roadside.
The victim was a terrorist in AQLIM (al-Qaeda in the Land of the Islamic Maghreb), the largest and most powerful al-Qaeda group outside the Middle East. Go here for the whole story…

Instead of Bubonic Plague it should be called Ironic Plague.
I’ll bet the fleas are happy to return to the rats.
I has a great Idea for a gift to send to our resident select – A tee-shirt with a big:
”I (picture of a Heart) Al Qaeda”
on the back. On the front it will have an arrow pointing to his left with the words:
”I’m With Mega-Booty”
And now you see why I describe my wife as ”Long Suffering”.

The group of 40 terrorists were reported to have been killed by the plague at a training camp in Algeria earlier this month. It was initially believed that they could have caught the disease through fleas on rats attracted by poor living conditions in their forest hideout. But there are now claims the cell was developing the disease as a weapon to use against western cities. Experts said that the group was developing chemical and biological weapons.
Dr Igor Khrupinov, a biological weapons expert at Georgia University, told The Sun: “Al-Qaeda is known to experiment with biological weapons. And this group has direct communication with other cells around the world. Contagious diseases, like ebola and anthrax, occur in northern Africa. It makes sense that people are trying to use them against Western governments.” Dr Khrupinov, who was once a weapons adviser to the Soviet president Mikhail Gorbachev, added: “Instead of using bombs, people with infectious diseases could be walking through cities.”
It was reported last year that up to 100 potential terrorists had attempted to become postgraduate students in Britain in an attempt to use laboratories. Ian Kearns, from the Institute for Public Policy Research, told the newspaper: “The biological weapons threat is not going away. We’re not ready for it.”

Just a couple of questions. 1) Didn’t anyone think to follow-up on that bit of information? It’s at the end of the article with nothing about who ”reported” it ”last year”? 2) How the info was obtained? 3) What did the UK government or the schools do about it? AND 4) Doesn’t anyone in the UK track potential terrorists anymore?
Many red flags and no one willing to ”confront” the IslamoFacists for fear of ”insulting” them. Just like the rest of Europe and, now, the U.S. With Hussein more worried about Gitmo detainees and expanding unnecessary laws about alleged Hate Crimes and a raft of other Socialist issues that won’t matter a hill of beans when the IslamoFacists are outside YOUR WINDOWS, we won’t feel secure until things CHANGE back to Pre-O days.
