An Open Letter To The Secret Service/FBI

5 11 2008

I have to assume that sooner or later one of Obama’s blind followers will turn me in to the FBI or Secret Service on some bogus notion that I threatened the Messiah because of what I write in my blog, so I figured I may as well get this out of the way…

To all Government agencies of the United States of America, I hereby make the following very public.

1. I will not encourage anyone to harm Obama or anyone in his family.

2. I will not encourage violence of any kind against Obama or anyone in his family.

3. I will follow all the laws of this great nation, unless of course they are in direct violation of our Constitution.

4. I will not encourage anyone to over-throw the Government of the USA.

5. I will encourage people to question every political move Obama makes during his presidency.

6. I will encourage people to fight by using all legal means if Obama tries to take this country down the path to Socialism/Communism.

7. I will do everything legally in my power to undermine the Obama presidency.

8. I reserve the right to continue writing my thoughts about Obama here in this blog.

9. I reserve the right to ban and/or edit postings in this blog as I see fit.

10. I will respect the office of the President of the United States of America, but reserve the right to not respect the person that holds the position.

11. And finally, I reserve the right to talk about any and all religions, if and when I choose to.

In closing, please feel free to contact me anytime day or night and ask me any question you think needs answering. Unlike others in this country, I love and respect the law of the land and will do everything in my power to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America.

Sincerely,

Giovanni Faga

Sucks, but it was a good move Gio especially if the “Fairness Doctrine” passes, every lib and his brother bob will be looking for any excuse to shut you down.

It’s a shame the libs can protest, threaten Bush, our military, our way of life, wish ill will towards people unlike them (remember Tony Snow?) and get away with it screaming free speech but when someone in the opposition tries to express their free speech it needs to be “control” for the good of diversity of course.

I hope conservative lawyers are preparing for this and have developed a strategy to combat this. Our side needs to look ahead and get a plan ready.

Correct Eowyn I believe the ACLJ (not to be confused with the ACLU) are probably getting a strategy ready as we speak.
For anyone who has never heard of the ACLJ they are like the ACLU but they fight for Christian values and not criminals or perverts…oh I’m sorry “artists”. They are a good bunch of folks here is a link please check them out I promise you, you will want them on your side!

Will,

To your first post, let me share a story with you.

About 5 years ago I got heavily involved in a battle locally to oppose the Buncombe County Council from financing a start-up for a Public Access TV channel. If you do the research, you will find that places around the country that have PATV that it’s turned into a playground for sexual deviants, anti-American nut jobs, and all around whackos.

I was in the fight because PATV is shown on your local Cable network and goes into homes that don’t even know it’s on their TV. My battle was for the children that would accidently be channel surfing and come across a Gay couple showing the prefered method of having oral sex. As in… the real deal! In NYC it’s known as the “Public Access Porn Channel”.

Anyway, on to my story… During a critical point in our opposition to it, myself and 2 other gentlemen in oppostion to PATV, held a debate with 3 proponents of PATV. Because we held the debate in Asheville NC, every nut job and liberal turd came to fill the auditorium for the debate. At one point in the debate, one of my debating partners on the my team set up 3 blown up photos on easels to make a point. One of the photos was of a Klan rally that had been held in downtown Asheville back in the late 1950’s. As he was making his point about how far we have come, how free speech can be used for evil, etc, etc, people in the crowd starting yelling that we were trying to stifle free speech. Finally, one voice roared above the others and started screaming that even offensive freedom of speech was their right, and if we found something offensive then that was tough sh*t. This got people worked up so much that some started coming towards the stage. They grabbed the photo of the Klan rally and tore it to pieces and people started cheering them on. Things calmed down after a few minutes and we tried to proceed. It was my turn next and I turned my question to the crowd. I asked…”Why did you cheer when they tore up that photo”?.

The response I got rocked me, and still bothers me to this day. The general response was… The Photo Was Offensive!

I could not believe what I was hearing. Yes, the photo was offensive even to me, but in this hall full of supposedly thinking adults, these very same people that said we had no right to stifle free speech on PATV, had just radically stifled our free speech. Not one of those people thought they had done anything wrong or hypocritical. What these idiots did not understand was… if PATV comes to their neck of the woods, Klansmen will also be allowed to be on PATV and there’s not a damn thing they could do about it.

Up until that point in my life I always thought that even liberals could be reasoned with, I now know better!

To your second post… Excellent idea with the ACLJ. I intend to create a link on my blog for them, so thanks for the idea!

Gio you are truly a warrior amongst mortals, my hat is off to you. whether you want to admit it or not you are a true force to reckon with when it comes to doing the right thing. Now I know why I came here.

Will,

Thanks, but I’m evidently not that good of a warrior. A year later, County Council approved PATV, and now the liberals are putting all kinds of immoral crap on local cable.

The citizens are just now asking… ‘how did this happen’? People who say they are too busy to get involved, got PATV.

Apathy is killing this country!

Being a good fighter does not mean being successful all the time. Sometimes just standing up for what you believe instead of submitting to the morally corrupt masses is where you shine. You still tried. That my friend is how you will be judged at the end. Now knock it off your modesty is killing me! ;-)
